Rithum Switch Error Message
Hi,
I have purchased a Rithum Switch, which my electrician installed.
The rithum switch has power, but only shows the message "No authorisation keys installed".
Touchscreen is not working, I cant seem to get rid of that message.
please help.

Hi Christian - we have responded to you in a ticket. I'm afraid this needs to be reprovisioned by us at HQ so we'll need to replace it.
