Configure HTTP scenes without SD card

Instead of putting the SD card in, it would be easier to send the config file over the network somehow

  Would really like this to be a HTTP endpoint that can take the config in the body of the request

  FTP or similar would also be ideal. The ability to make changes for a client remotely would be a huge bonus.

  I don't mind configuring this endpoint via the SD card if necessary.
