Adjust light brightness

Currently you can only activate Hue scenes but it would be good to adjust the level of the lights on the fly. The whole room could be a first step but being able to adjust individual groups or even bulbs would be great. Maybe a gesture for it too.

  This is a make or break for som of our rooms. A gesture/swipe to change brightness would be practical and cool 😎

  We have now added the Levels screen that provides these functions
