Why is the "Hold: Off (optional)" setting greyed out?

The Hold Off setting is for systems that don’t have a native Off command for the zone (currently this is Lutron). This allows the user to set a scene that will turn the zone off.

Other integrations such as Philips Hue, have native commands to turn the zone off, so there is no need for this setting, and it is therefore greyed out.
