A diagnostic report can be sent from a switch using the Send Report option in the System menu.
In order to trace the report, Rithum require the serial number of the switch. Please do not send a photo of the serial number but send it as text.
We recommend sending a report as soon as possible after the issue being reported, since the lower level logs don't run as far as higher level ones.
We also recommend enabling Network Capture, also in the System menu for troubleshooting of most issues. This would need to be enabled prior to the issue happening so that it is captured in the report.
In the ticket, please inform us the date/time that the report was sent and the serial number of the switch
