If requested by Rithum support please follow the instructions below to pull diagnostics data from your HC3.
Log in to the HC3 web UI by pointing a browser at the IP address of your HC3. Log in with the same user credentials as used for the Fibaro Core integration on your switch.
Press the "Swagger" button located at the bottom left of the web UI.
In the Swagger window, select the "devices" definition at the top right of the screen (or other as directed by Rithum Support).
Expand the "devices" section and then the "GET" command. Press "Try it out" followed by the "Execute" button which should then appear.
If successful then you should get a response sent back from your HC3. Under "Server response" you should see "Response body" with the data returned along with a "Download" button as shown in the screen shot below. Press "Download", save the file and send it to Rithum support in a reply to your support ticket email.
