Requirements

• A CoolAutomation device on the same network as Rithum Switch

Current Capabilities

Overview

• Add a CoolAutomation device by entering its IP address
• Configure unit labels and specify which units to make available using the configuration web interface (see below)
• Optionally specify a unit to send a temperature feed to from Rithum Switch
• Select and control each HVAC unit using the Climate screen on Rithum Switch
• Select commands for each unit to use as buttons on the Scenes screen
• CoolMasterNet will support up to 50 Rithum connections. In some cases this can be greatly increased.

Configuration

After entering the device's IP address you'll be prompted to visit the configuration web page:

Enter or paste your unit labels configuration text into the 1st text box provided on the web page. Only units listed here will be available for selection on the Rithum Climate screen, others will be excluded. Optionally also enter a unit ID to send the temperature feed to in the 2nd text box then press "Send Config":

Add scene buttons (or add child scenes to group buttons) via the Screens > Scenes Screen settings screen. Select the CoolAutomation integration followed by the required unit/zone. Command options to select from are:

• Toggle unit on/off
• Turn unit on
• Turn unit off
• Set a mode on a unit

Limitations

• Changes made externally from Rithum Switch can take up to 10 seconds to be reflected on the switch
